Our house form behind (there is a little park) during snow in January:
August/September 2013 saw some major renovations in the house. Taking out the stairs from the 'Anliegerwohnung', creating 2 additional (bed) rooms, 1 new bathroom, 1 updated bathroom, new insulation for the whole roof, new additional windows, all windows in basement replaced, new doors, updated floor upstairs, new switches and electrical outlets in the whole house, several new light switches throughout the house (incl. living room) and much much much more.... Took ~7 weeks !

Towards the end of the year, managed to put a pathway so that we could better enter and exist the house/garden from behind:
More snow:
Spring (March), construction starts in our ex-garden.
And of march half of the house is already there !
How that the large garden is gone, we have to create more space in the existing garden (hard work!):
